Well,
first we have to define what a classroom management is, this is a term used by
teachers to describe the process of ensuring that classroom lessons run
smoothly despite disruptive behavior by students. Also we have to take account
that term is closely linked to issues of motivation, discipline and respect.
Methodologies remain a matter of passionate debate amongst teachers; approaches
vary depending on the beliefs a teacher holds regarding educational psychology.
So we have to take account what I believe, what I use in my class and what is
the methodology that I’m going to use.
Managing
a class is not an easy thing you need a good lesson plan, but you also need a
good attitude, a good management of your knowledge, and your own method. You,
as a teacher, can’t motivate your students, but you can inspire them to want to
learn something new. If you have a good management class, you will have
discipline in your classroom because discipline depends of the management of
your class and also in your classes have to be equal and all your students have
to show respect for each other. For me, the most principles of classroom
management are: Discipline, respect, and motivation.
